Positively pulverizing third album from Los Angeles' Lamps makes all their previous recordings sound subtle by comparison. This is one gnarly listen that should not be missed but is definitely not for the faint of heart. To quote recording genius Chris Woodhouse, who produced this latest Lamps record, "the Lamps sound like a goddamn oil rig fire! I just turn the mics on and get the hell out of the way".
