Puerto Rico's premiere rock n' roll band has turned in a debut not to be missed. This is as solid a rock n' roll album as you're likely to hear all year. Their influences range from the obvious Stones/Stooges/punk axis to melodic, almost pretty tunes that show off their VU/Spaceman 3/Mazzy Star leanings. Imagine a Spanish speaking Black Lips crossed with a Spanish speaking Jesus & the Mary Chain and you're beginning to get the picture. Yep, all the songs are en Espanol and it sounds beautiful.
