Second album from Nashville's Cheap Time is a huge leap forward from their excellent debut. Playful, hooky and glamtastic, while less pop-punk and bubblegum than their first album, Fantastic Explanations is like going from Incredible Shrinking Dickies to Woofer In Tweeters Clothing in one move. A must have.
